...is a free taster class. It is important that you feel comfortable and confident that my classes are right for you, and that I feel comfortable that you are open to learn from me.

Wear loose comfortable clothing including socks. Tai Chi and Qigong requires gentle movement and changes of direction, socks enable the beginner to move effortlessly and without risk of injury.

Keep hydrated, you will be surprised how warm it gets and how much your body works.

Make sure you let me know if you have any pre-existing injuries or conditions so that I can adjust your movements accordingly.

I limit all my class sizes to 10 in order to ensure each student is able to progress safely in every lesson.

I am a qualified Deyin instructor with over 20 years of training. Which means what I teach and how I teach it has been ratified by one of the leading Tai Chi schools in Europe.

£12 per class which can be paid in cash, card or through Revolut.

Option 1: Pay per class. Easy!

Option 2: Termly payments of £120. My day job is that of a teacher, so I tend to think in school terms (Autumn, Spring and Summer). This option gives you access to 12 classes.

Option 3: Block book as many lessons as you wish. You are also welcome to attend multiple classes in any given week!
